Responsibilities include:

1. Manufacturing, assembling, and maintaining concrete and reinforced concrete structures and components.
2. Using formwork systems such as Doka, Peri, and Hünnebeck.
3. Fabricating wooden formworks.
4. Learning to perform concreting works.

Requirements:

• At least a qualified secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss).
• Enjoy practical work, not afraid of challenging tasks, and possess manual skills.
• Team-oriented, committed, reliable, and willing to travel.
• Enjoy outdoor physical work.

We offer:

• Comprehensive training with experienced professionals.
• Competitive apprenticeship wages (1st year €1,080, 2nd year €1,200), plus a proportional 13th-month salary and holiday pay.
• The apprenticeship lasts 2 years, conducted on construction sites, in the Dresden training center, and at vocational school. There is an option to extend by 1 year to qualify as a carpenter.
• Good prospects for employment after training, with high chances of permanent employment in a future-oriented industry and fair pay.
