Backend Developer (Associate) (fmd) for SAP Build Experience, Platform and CoreServices

What you’ll build

We’re looking for a Backend Developer (Associate) (f / m / d) to help us craft an intuitive, robust No‑Code platform that’s redefining productivity and automation for thousands.

Your impact

• Design, implement, and maintain high‑performance, scalable backend services that power our platform.
• Work on resilient distributed systems using Kafka for event‑driven workflows and Redis for real‑time fast data access and caching.
• Work collaboratively within a modern monorepo setup (e.g. Turborepo Nx or similar), contributing to shared libraries, tooling, and a coherent codebase.
• Deploy our cloud‑based applications in a Cloud Foundry and BTP environment.
• Take part in technical refinements to uncover details of solutions.
• Bring up new ideas on a daily basis.

What you bring

You have a fierce drive to build scalable, reliable backend systems for the cloud. You thrive on new technologies, break complex problems into elegant solutions, and flourish as part of a collaborative, fast‑paced team.

• University degree in Software Engineering or a related field with 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Solid experience in at least one modern backend language (e.g. Java, C#, Go). Our current stack is based on … but experience in other backend languages is equally welcome.
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts; ideally some experience with Kafka (or similar messaging/streaming systems) and Redis (or similar caching technologies).
• Proven experience developing enterprise‑level applications.
• Familiarity with or motivation to work in monorepo environments and tools like Turborepo Nx or similar.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps methodologies is desirable but not mandatory.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
