You are a valuable sparring partner considering the set up and optimization of treasury desks.* On top of that you are auditing or advising our clients in the areas IRRBB & CSRBB as well as liquidity planning and cash management, working capital and refinancing, treasury reporting and the corresponding risk management, incl. hedge accounting, stress testing and IT solutions.* You take over the lead of a highly qualified and ambitious team to serve our international clients in a best-in-class practice. Hereby you establish great team spirit and working culture and sharpen the analytical skills of your team in a continuous development pathway.* You are informed about current trends and developments and independently prepare offers and develop your business case.* You completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, law or other relevant studies and have more than 4 years of professional experience in capital market, risk management environment, treasury or risk controlling department at a bank, consultancy or auditing firm.* You can analyze complex issues very well and have strong communication skills in German and English. You can confidently present your work results to clients.* You are characterized by your open-minded personality, your thirst for knowledge and you show commitment, curiosity and enjoy your work.* You will also expand your professional network outside the project teams within the BDO network and with our clients' employees. You attach great importance to long-term, partnership-based relationships with our clients.
