Workday Benefits Consultant (EMEA) – Implementation & OptimizationWe are looking for a talented Workday Benefits Consultant ready to step into a high-impact role supporting end-to-end Workday Benefits implementations across the EMEA region. This is an opportunity to work with a growing team, take ownership of solution design, and shape benefits experiences for diverse, multi-country organizations.If you’re currently working with a Workday partner, consulting independently, or looking to expand your client portfolio across multiple industries and countries—this role offers a chance to contribute directly, influence decision-making, and elevate your career.What You’ll DoLead or support Workday Benefits implementations with a strong focus on configuration quality, compliance, and multi-country alignment.Own requirements gathering and turn complex business needs into clean, scalable Workday designs.Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, rates, enrollment events, dependent logic, and country specific regulatory needs.Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure smooth integrations, accurate data flows, and well-governed benefit administration.Work closely with carriers and third-party vendors on file feeds, mapping, and cross-border coordination.Drive testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and deliver stable, high-performing solutions.Guide clients through open enrollment, year-end activities, and change management.Recommend Workday best practices and continuous improvements for clients across the region.What You BringSolid experience (5+ years) configuring Workday Benefits in an implementation or post-production environment.Strong understanding of global or EMEA benefits compliance, plan design, and enrollment workflows.Confidence working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.Experience with integrations and vendor connectivity (EDI, API, SFTP).The ability to influence clients and drive high quality outcomes.Workday Pro certification or partner experience is highly valued.A proactive mindset and passion for delivering great Workday experiences.
