With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects, this is a unique opportunity for an BMS Automation Expert to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Building Management System (BMS) activities during the construction of the client’s new manufacturing campus.
• Act as the primary on-site technical representative, ensuring project standards are met.
• Coordinate vendor work, including installation and commissioning, and provide escalation support.
• Apply project management capabilities to support construction activities and ensure a seamless workflow.

Key requirements

• Experience with Siemens Desigo CC or similar systems (e.g., Honeywell Trend, Johnson Controls).
• Proven experience with construction phase oversight, vendor installation, and commissioning.
• Strong technical and communication skills, with demonstrated project management and coordination capabilities.
