Key Responsibilities Craft and implement sales strategies to promote osapiens CMMS solutions, unlocking new Annual Subscription Value (ASV) opportunities.Follow up on inbound leads from osapiens-cmms.com, help drive the growth of our solution product and sales-led motion, and collaborate directly with customers shaping the future of maintenance software.Identify new opportunities through research on target industries and markets.Generate leads via events, online channels, and industry networks.Craft tailored messages that address each prospect’s needs.Reach out at the right time to boost engagement.Follow up quickly and personally to maintain interest.Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth lead handover. Skills, Knowledge And Expertise 1+ years of experience in lead generation or business development for B2B SaaS solutions.A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree is a plusFluency in German (native-level) and strong proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).Experience with Maintenance or Service-related processes is a plus.
