We deliver. 🚀 The OpportunityWe’re looking for a High-Ticket Sales / BD Partner to help us win new retained and embedded mandates — across Europe, the Middle East, or Asia. You’ll sell a premium recruiting product: high-trust, low-BS, outcome-driven.You’ll get access to our CRM, pitch materials, brand, founder credibility, and delivery capacity.This is not a side hustle. It’s a profit-share partnership for someone who wants to make serious commission on every deal closed. 💼 What you’ll doIdentify and approach potential clients (startups, PE/VC firms, corporates, founders).Run consultative BD calls and deliver clear proposals.Negotiate and close retained or embedded recruiting mandates.Work directly with Timo (Founder) on positioning, pricing, and growth. 🧩 What you bringStrong sales / BD background — ideally in recruitment, HR tech, or professional services.Network of potential buyers or the skill to open new ones fast.Excellent communication and confidence in client conversations.Commercial instinct and comfort with high-ticket selling.You’re entrepreneurial, structured, and relentless — but not pushy. 🤝 How we work togetherCommission-only model — earn 20–25% of GC's net fee for every closed deal.Example: €20k retained project → you earn €4–5k.Zero cap: the more you close, the more you make.Full brand support: proposals, decks, case studies, credibility. You're part of the team.Direct line to the founder: fast feedback, no approvals. ⚠️ ImportantNo base salary. No safety net.
