This is a full-time, remote opportunity open to talented candidates based anywhere in the EMEA region.

About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, forging valuable relationships, and driving business expansion. You’ll work across multiple sectors, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that create measurable impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments and enjoys turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spot and develop new business opportunities across regional and international markets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling proposals and client presentations.
  • Support deal negotiations and help close partnerships that deliver real value.
  • Track and report business development activities, ensuring the pipeline remains healthy and active.
  • Represent the company in virtual meetings and industry events, acting as a trusted ambassador.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Experience working with holding companies or diversified businesses is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems, and growth strategies.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or French is a plus.
