In the role of Client Manager Public Security (w/m/d), you will play a key part in building and expanding strategic client relationships with security authorities in Germany. You will leverage your industry knowledge, network, and ability to develop sustainable solutions to actively shape the future of internal security together with Capgemini. This position is available in both full-time and part-time formats.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Positioning Capgemini as a strategic transformation partner, focusing on holistic end-to-end solutions for complex challenges.
2. Building a trusted network with key decision-makers, especially at the CXO level.
3. Identifying challenges within the ecosystem of German security authorities and converting them into new business opportunities for Capgemini, in close coordination with delivery managers.
4. Developing and implementing a sustainable business strategy, including identifying new projects and areas of interest with clients.
5. Actively utilizing partnerships with other companies to further enhance Capgemini's positioning.
6. Working with the client team to develop and execute a long-term client development strategy.
7. Coordinating internal and external client requirements within the matrix organization.

Your profile should include:

1. Extensive experience in the public sector, ideally with a focus on internal security.
2. A strong network within federal and state authorities, along with successful project references.
3. Familiarity with public tenders; strong closing skills and result orientation.
4. The ability to orchestrate and communicate the offerings of an international service provider.
5. Excellent communication skills, leadership experience, and a team-oriented approach.
6. Willingness to travel, fluency in English, and readiness for security clearance.
