Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Commercial management and support of mixed-use and commercial properties owned by third parties
• Service-oriented support for tenants and owners, including lease management (e.g. monitoring lease rights and obligations, as well as their adjustment and enforcement)
• Management and monitoring of external service providers and tradespeople, as well as optimisation of contract awards
• Checking and posting invoices, preparing business plans, budgets and reports
• Monitoring, checking and approving utility bills

Qualifications

• Successfully completed training in real estate management, preferably with additional qualifications (e.g. real estate specialist)
• At least two years of professional experience in property management of commercial and residential properties
• Proficient in MS Office, property management software and electronic invoice processing programmes
• Independent and structured approach to work, coupled with strong communication, integration and teamwork skills
• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English (at least level C1)
