Position: Component EngineerLocation: Munich (Hybrid) What You’ll Do:Provide expert support to developers on specialized components.Collaborate with R&D to define and source component requirements.Lead cross-functional groups to standardize components and optimize workflows.Coordinate with stakeholders during material introduction.Assist in onboarding a new sub-team in Malaysia through documentation, translation, and e-Training creation. What We’re Looking For:Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields;Technical know-how combined with business acumen;German (Negotiation-level) and English (Advanced) language skills.
