Role Overview

A leading international manufacturer in the construction tools and equipment sector is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to support and grow its dealer network across Germany. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering excellent service, and driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of dealers, targeting annual sales of approximately €2 million.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and end users to drive new business.
  • Expand the dealer network to support the launch and distribution of current and future products.
  • Deliver product training and ongoing support to the dealer network.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealers and end users to promote products and boost sales performance.
  • Perform market and competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Organize and support local exhibitions, dealer events, and open days.
  • Participate in national and European sales meetings across various locations.
  • Ensure all market activities align with internal guidelines and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and customer feedback.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently with regular travel across Germany.
  • Solid organizational and reporting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of the construction tools or industrial equipment market is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
