(Senior) Consultant Identity & Access Management (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Implementation and operation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ) and their integration with SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Identity Services).
• Connection and configuration of SAP interfaces (e.g., SCIM, REST, web services) for seamless identity management.
• Requirements analysis and implementation of tailored IAM solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Automation of user and role provisioning in hybrid system landscapes.
• Development and optimization of SAP authorization models in conjunction with SailPoint ISC/IIQ.
• Collaboration with SAP and IT security teams to ensure compliance and audit requirements within the IAM environment.

Your Profile

• Solid experience in Identity & Access Management, ideally with SailPoint technologies.
• Knowledge of API and SCIM integrations for connecting IAM systems.
• Basic understanding of SAP systems and experience with IAM integration in SAP is a plus.
• Practical experience in scripting or programming (e.g., Java, PowerShell, Python) is an advantage.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Analytical, structured thinking and strong team skills—even in complex projects.
