The US Business Tax Group at EY in Frankfurt/Mainprovides high-quality tax consulting and compliance solutions to a wide range of clients. Our practice is well established and the leader for US tax solutions in Germany. We have experienced, talented, and innovative professionals dedicated to teamwork and client service. TheUSBusinessTaxGroupprovidesservicesintheareasofrealestate, cross-border taxation of high net-worth individuals, mergers and acquisitions, related parties/controlled groups, foreign personal holding companies, passive foreign investment companies, controlled foreign corporations, as well as many other areas. You will take on a wide variety of tasks:

• Interfacewithteammembersandclientstodevelopanunderstanding ofthedesiredconsulting/compliancedeliverables
• Analyzedata,performresearch, draft memoranda, prepare work papers/tax returns based on professional standards
• Determinetheaccuracyandcompletenessoftheendproductand performqualityassuranceprocedures
• Establishandmaintainlongtermworkingrelationshipswithclients
• Share knowledgetodevelopprofessionallyandenhanceservice delivery

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, a master’s degree in taxation/accounting or a law degree with significant course work in taxation is desirable
• Previous accounting experience and CPA/Enrolled Agent Certificate desired, but is not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability and a commitment to learning in an international tax environment is important
