We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee strategic and operational HR activities across several manufacturing sites and offices in Germany. This is a key leadership role, acting as a trusted advisor to management, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Full HR responsibility for multiple German sites
• Lead and develop local HR teams
• Implement global HR strategies at the local level
• Advise management on all HR‑related matters
• Ensure compliance with German labor law
• Drive change and transformation projects
• Collaborate closely with international HR colleagues
• Working trustfully with works councils

Your Profile

• Master's degree and 10+ years relevant HR experience in a HR leadership role
• Strong background in manufacturing environments and matrix organizations
• In-depth knowledge of German labor law
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills
• Willingness to travel within Germany
• Fluent in German and English
