Your Job:

Seeking a skilled Oracle Exadata Cloud @Customer DBA Administrator to manage and support our Oracle database infrastructure hosted on Exadata Cloud @Customer. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Oracle Database technologies, performance tuning, patching, backups, and Cloud @Customer operations. This role requires strong problem‑solving abilities and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle Exadata Cloud @Customer environments.
• Perform database installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
• Optimize database performance and support high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Implement and manage backup/recovery strategies (e.g., RMAN, Data Guard).
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving database, Exadata infrastructure, and cloud integration.
• Collaborate with Oracle support for service requests and escalations.
• Automate routine tasks using shell scripting or Oracle tools (e.g., OEM, DBMS_SCHEDULER).
• Maintain security policies and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide support for migration projects and capacity planning.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands‑on expertise with Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN, Data Guard.
• Deep understanding of Exadata architecture and administration (cells, compute nodes, InfiniBand, etc.).
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related tools.
