We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing software company headquartered in Riyadh, seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to join their global team. This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates across the EMEA region.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving product adoption, and ensuring customers achieve measurable success with the companyâs software solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value, resolve issues, and maximize customer retention.
Bachelorâs degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles, preferably within SaaS or software companies.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record in driving product adoption, reducing churn, and achieving customer satisfaction targets.
Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, or similar).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a remote environment.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
Full-time remote role within the EMEA region.
