Join the Henkel cybersecurity team, supporting others in applying security practices in their organizations. Conduct comprehensive security assessments of IT systems, projects and organizations. Advise colleagues on best practices in information security and cybersecurity. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes, IT organizations and IT systems. Develop and implement information security and cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats and technologies. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management, highlighting findings and recommendations. You can learn from excellent team members and make yourself an industry expert.
Bachelor's degree or above in IT, IT‑Security, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent. Solid understanding of standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, OWASP, GDPR). Familiarity with cloud security, DevSecOps practices and design of secure IT architectures. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills. Dependable working style, hands‑on, and as part of a team. Solid project management skills and attention to detail. Proficient oral and written English language skills; German is a plus.
