We are the cybersecurity experts of the globally operating Eraneos Group based in Hamburg. We primarily advise DAX and Fortune 500 companies on OT security, risk assessment, and compliance. Responsibilities

Development and implementation of integrated cybersecurity strategies in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and IoT.
Process optimisation and rollout for information security and product development (IAM, risk management, DevSecOps, etc.).
Analysis and optimisation of organisational structures and security governance according to established industry standards.
Project and program management of cybersecurity strategies and solutions.

Qualifications

Outstanding university degree in a STEM field.
At least five years of experience in IT consulting focused on cybersecurity transformations and implementation projects.
Proven sales track record and ability to identify project opportunities and create proposals for clients.
In‑depth understanding of cybersecurity architectures, frameworks, policies, and procedures required to protect client infrastructures.
Leadership experience coordinating internal and external teams to deliver strategic cybersecurity initiatives.
Comfortable working in diverse, cross‑functional, international teams and willingness to travel.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, capable of conveying complex concepts.
Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, or a willingness to pursue them.
