You’ll support retained and embedded searches with clear briefs, tools, and feedback.This is a commission-only partnership for recruiters who deliver — and want to earn based on results, not presence. 💼 What you’ll doSource and engage candidates across LinkedIn and other channels.Screen and shortlist quickly, focusing on quality over quantity.Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience.Write outreach messages and summaries that actually get replies.Keep communication tight and transparent — we move fast. 🧩 What you bring2–5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (agency or in-house).Strong English communication, other languages are a plus.Solid grasp of LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and candidate outreach.Reliability, responsiveness, and a bias for action.Curiosity, accountability, and pride in your craft. 🤝 How we work togetherCommission-only:Payment per successful placement (depending on role seniority).Performance bonuses for consistent delivery or repeat placements.You decide workload: handle 1–3 searches at a time — quality over volume.Full support: job specs, templates, ATS access, feedback, and process rhythm.Direct line to the founder: clear expectations, fast decisions, no waiting. ⚠️ Important This setup rewards doers, not talkers.
