Responsibilities

• Team & process support – support the Team Manager in leading, motivating and developing the conference management team.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including vacation cover and operational steering.
• Sales & customer management – support business customers from inquiry to contract signing, ensuring high customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Support sales actions and marketing campaigns.
• Reporting & performance – monitor relevant KPIs (e.g., capacity utilisation, conversion rate, revenue development), create reports and action recommendations for management.
• Process optimization & interface work – continuously improve internal processes and tools, collaborate closely with marketing, finance, sales and operations.
• Operational day-to-day – assist in quotation creation, pricing and contract execution, maintain and track leads and opportunities in Salesforce and Amadeus Delfi.

Qualifications

• Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales or conference management.
• Passion for sales and customer win.
• Result orientation and entrepreneurial thinking focused on sales, margins and target achievement.
• Analytical skills and strong understanding of sales strategies, market mechanisms, customer needs.
• Proficiency with CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Power BI).
• Strong communication, empathy, hands-on mentality, cross-functional collaboration.
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing.
