What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines tailored for Unreal Engine 5 projects (previous Unreal Engine experience is not a requirement).
• Automate build, testing, and deployment workflows using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Unreal Horde.
• Collaborate with development and art teams to identify bottlenecks and introduce automation solutions that improve delivery speed and reliability.
• Support infrastructure-as-code initiatives using tools like Terraform, ensuring scalability and consistency across environments.
• Integrate internal tools and software into production pipelines to enhance efficiency.
• Document processes and designs, and mentor junior engineers to strengthen team capability.
• Stay ahead of the curve on DevOps, Unreal Engine, and game technology trends, introducing new approaches and ideas to the team.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in DevOps or Build Engineering—ideally within gaming, simulation, or real-time 3D environments.
Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and C#.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, TeamCity, or Unreal Horde).
Proficient across Linux and Windows environments.
Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
Solid understanding of Unreal Engine’s build system and project structure.
Experience with test automation, Perforce/Git, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and secure build environments.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
