Digital Business at HCLTech is a key growth driver, enabling customers on their Digital Transformation journey through services in Consulting, CX/UX, Agile Transformation, Platforms & SaaS, Program Management, Data & AI, and Advanced Analytics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in named European accounts (Telco, RCPG, Manufacturing) through consultative, solution-led selling
  • Manage large, complex opportunities by orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions
  • Engage with ecosystem partners (platform providers, product partners) to support client transformation journeys
  • Collaborate with solution teams to craft market-leading approaches in Digital Business and Engineering Services

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in building client relationships and influencing digital spend
  • Experience managing $50M+ P&L goals and complex client portfolios
  • Strong consultative sales skills, understanding digital value chains and driving business outcomes
  • Business acumen with ability to conceptualize strategies, develop key accounts, and establish partnerships
  • Collaborative mindset to work across solution, delivery, and business units
  • Commercial savvy: revenue, margins, forecasting
  • Passion and attitude to achieve client and team goals
