Your Tasks

Searched is an experienced Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Program & Change Management for participation in the SAP S4 Finance Greenfield Transformation. Responsibility for end-to-end execution, stakeholder alignment, program process optimization, and technology adoption facilitation. Management of interactions with cross-functional teams, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery assurance as key aspects of the digital transformation journey. Contribution of energy and passion to the program for driving sustainable change management. Expertise in SAP methodologies, stakeholder management, and enterprise transformation as crucial elements in building a future-ready ERP landscape.

• Being part of a digital transformation journey in the finance area with clear focus on managing the SAP S4 HANA Greenfield transformation program
• Ensuring having the right program setup & organization with change and communication
• Continuously managing, improving and elevating the program framework, including change and communication management strategies
• Drive the program with adherence to clean core methodology, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration
• Identify and mitigate risks while solving project challenges proactively
• Manage and ensure clear project KPIs and reporting are implemented
• Setup and maintain an alive program management best practice and playbook for the program
• Work closely with PMO to ensure the program structure is executed and delivering value

Your Profile

• Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields with relevant certifications
• Proven experience in SAP projects, including at least one S/4HANA Greenfield implementation is an advantage
• Understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD) and integration points
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
• Familiarity with SAP methodologies and digital transformation practices
• Style of working: High energy, passion and eagerness to learn and work on new topics
