Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Have overall business responsibility for the account to ensure the alignment with Infineon´s Target Operating Model
• Develop, maintain, and refine a relationship matrix for the account
• Develop and coordinate communication and escalation within Infineon and at the account
• Define and drive the implementation of Infineon´s Strategy for the account
• Define and drive supplier-specific risk management in alignment with the overall risk mitigation plan
• Consolidate and evaluate supplier performance monitoring with inputs from Operations, Sourcing, Technology Quality Transfer Management , Business Development, and Strategy
• Ensure compliance with the account

Your Profile
As a Director External Wafer Manufacturing Key Account Management, you take long-term profitability into account. Furthermore, you recognize potential obstacles in time and use them as good opportunities for further improvement, and you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• High social competencies
• Experience in interacting with all levels of a company, including C-level
• Strong strategic thinking abilities
• Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams
• English proficiency
