About the Role

We are supporting a Global market leading client within the Finance sector, is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with a strong background in AI and automation technologies. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team driving innovation across global business units through cutting-edge Microsoft technologies and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with AI-driven tools (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot, Power Platform AI Builder).
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and product owners to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
• Implement custom plugins, workflows, and integrations with other Microsoft and third-party services.
• Lead AI feature implementation within the CRM platform (e.g., chatbots, sentiment analysis, recommendations).
• Provide technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to development best practices.
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap developments in CRM and AI technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM).
• Proven experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Solid experience with AI/ML tools, preferably within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, .NET, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, AI Builder, Cognitive Services, or Azure OpenAI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, global team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
