Discover your exciting role

The Expert (m/f/d) Environmental Health and Safety is responsible for developing, managing and supporting the Exyte Group safety and environmental policies and programs. This person will collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety team members, business units, and facility leaders on program development, oversight, and implementation.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on EHS matters to management and project teams
• Assists in implementing Company Global Best Practice / Best Known Methods
• Implement and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Organize and execute health, safety, and environmental programs to promote safe behavior
• Conduct routine safety inspections and audits and manage adverse event investigations
• Coordination of Exyte Project EHS Advisors and coordinators
• Develop and implement EHS campaigns and strategies
• Lead contractor EHS onsite audits and participate in project evaluations and environmental audits

Show your expertise

• Successfully completed education/studies as Master/ Technician / Engineer
• Several years of EHS experience in major industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors - experience in Data Center projects is preferred
• Teamwork proficiency across diverse cultural backgrounds and hierarchical levels
• Formal EHS qualification (e.g., SiFa, Nebosh, Safety degree)
• Fluent in English and German
