Deine Aufgaben mit Spannung und Substanz :

• Fachliche Leitung der Elektrotechnik am Standort
• Verantwortung als VEFK mit entsprechender Qualifikation gemäß DIN VDE oder Bereitschaft diese zu erwerben
• Bereitschaft zur Eintragung in die Betriebsleiterrolle für den Bereich Elektrotechnik
• Sicherstellung der elektrotechnischen Sicherheit nach DGUV Vorschrift 3 und BetrSichV
• Modernisierung historischer Anlagen von der Bestandsaufnahme bis zur Umsetzung inklusive Erneuerung und Digitalisierung technischer Dokumentationen aktuell in Planung Deine Expertise zählt
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Elektroteams aus 5 Elektrikern
• Support für interne und externe Partner zentrale Ansprechperson für alle elektrotechnischen Fragen
• Begleitung von Wartungen Instandsetzungen und Projekten sowie Durchführung kleiner Maßnahmen in Eigenregie
• Mitgestaltung von Projekten rund um BHKW Kesselhaus GLT Sicherheits- und Versorgungstechnik

Was Du mitbringst Fachlichkeit mit Weitblick :

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister / Techniker oder Studium der Elektrotechnik
• Qualifikation zur Verantwortlichen Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) oder Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
• Bereitschaft zur Eintragung in die Betriebsleiterrolle
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit älteren Anlagen deren Dokumentation und Integration in moderne Systeme
• Kenntnisse in relevanten Normen und Vorschriften (DIN VDE DGUV BetrSichV)
• Freude an strukturierter Dokumentation Projektarbeit und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein Kommunikationsstärke und ein Auge für Details
