EMESA Senior L&D Coordinator – Boston Consulting Group (BCG) – Lisbon | Munich

What You’ll Do

Own EMESA L&D initiatives, design, rollout, and track projects that bring together colleagues across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. Harmonize learning offerings, monitor project milestones, collect and analyze feedback, share insights, and continuously improve learning delivery. Lead stakeholder discussions with internal trainers, external vendors, and cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with BCG’s business objectives.

• Managing projects and keeping multiple priorities on track to deliver initiatives on time.
• Working with complex data and using analytics to track progress, evaluate impact, and provide actionable insights.
• Taking a structured approach to problem‑solving, focusing on relevant issues and delivering practical solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, ideally in an international corporate environment or consultancy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Work Psychology, Educational Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong project management skills and experience coordinating cross‑functional initiatives across regions or at global scale.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel to create clear and compelling reports, presentations, and insights.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Solid understanding of training design principles – acting as a thought partner to elevate learning solutions.
• Curiosity and openness to learning and personal development.

Part of a highly motivated, international L&D team. Collaborate closely with L&D colleagues across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and South America. Report to the EMESA L&D leadership team and work closely with one of our Directors.
