Executive Partner to CFO

Join AUTO1 Group as the Executive Partner to our CFO and play a key role at the heart of our Finance organization. In this dynamic position, you'll partner closely with our CFO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while gaining exposure to high-impact projects across the Auto1 Group with a particular focus on the Finance organisation and the Financing operations of the Group.

Job Description

• Serve as the fix it all and primary point of contact for the CFO, among other things facilitating smooth communication and strong relationships across teams and stakeholders
• Prepare clear, compelling presentations and reports that bring insight and structure to key discussions
• Project management responsibilities, contributing to strategic initiatives across the Group and Finance, e.g. supporting with Annual General Meeting, Quarterly Earning Calls and Quarterly Board Meetings
• Own the CFO's calendar, inbox, and daily flow - anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep priorities on track
• Plan and coordinate meetings, travel, and events with care and attention to detail

Qualifications

• A higher level degree, incl. an outstanding academic record in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in similar or business development roles in a fast-paced environment considered an advantage
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and genuine interest in learning about Auto1 Group and the Finance organisation
• Strong communication and writing skills (in both English and German), with a high level of professionalism and discretion
