Expert automotive platform electrical engineering (m / f / d)

Responsibilities

• Designing a group-wide software platform based on AUTOSAR & adaptive AUTOSAR
• Participating in the definition of a new E/E architecture and coordinating the requirements for the software platform
• Analyzing requirements and defining software modules to be implemented, as well as monitoring the creation of corresponding software specifications
• Developing the software architecture in coordination with application development and hardware experts
• Designing a process for the conception, planning, and further development of a modular platform for control units, as well as for the integration of software modules into the overall software

What qualifications you should have

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, communications engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the development of embedded control units, particularly in the development and design of hardware-related software
• Good user knowledge of C and AUTOSAR, as well as knowledge of QNX would be an advantage
• Experience in working with common development methods and tools, e.g., Vector CANoe, Doors, Vector daVinci Developer, and Vector daVinci Configurator
• Strong team spirit, commitment, and results‑oriented approach, as well as confident manner and persuasiveness
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel occasionally
