We’re looking for a passionate Expert Compliance (m/f/d) to join our Corporate Compliance Team at our global headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany. If you’re enthusiastic about compliance and governance, and eager to work in an international team – we can’t wait to hear from you!

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Leverage your legal and compliance expertise to enhance our Compliance Management System by developing and refining policies to prevent bribery, conflicts of interest, or to protect confidentiality and human rights.
• Keep a pulse on international compliance trends and introduce innovative compliance solutions and tools; this will be an important basis for your work.
• Design compliance concepts and processes for global implementation and manage roll‑out projects across our business regions.
• Turn complex regulatory requirements into clear messages that resonate with our stakeholders.
• Develop engaging communication campaigns and interactive online and in‑class training; your creativity will make a difference.
• Initially support and finally lead thorough internal investigations, applying your analytical skills and sharpening your interviewing techniques.

Show your expertise

• Have a degree in (Business) Law, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, have already gained hands‑on experience in compliance or governance in an international setting.
• Be experienced in working with MS Office programs and have an affinity for IT applications.
• Have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Have a sense for detail and a structured, process‑oriented approach to work.
• Be a natural communicator, fluent in German and English.
