We're looking for a passionate Expert Compliance (m/f/d) to join our Corporate Compliance Team at our global headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany. If you're enthusiastic about Compliance and governance, and eager to work in an international team - we can't wait to hear from you!

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

You will leverage your legal and compliance expertise to enhance our Compliance Management System by developing and refining policies to prevent bribery, conflicts of interest, or to protect confidentiality and human rights.
Keeping a pulse on international Compliance trends and introducing innovative Compliance solutions and tools will be an important basis for your work.
You will design Compliance concepts and processes for global implementation and manage roll-out projects across our business regions.
Turning complex regulatory requirements into clear messages that resonate with our stakeholders is one of your key responsibilities.
When developing engaging communication campaigns and interactive online and in-class training, your creativity will make a difference.
You will initially support and finally lead thorough internal investigations, where you can apply your analytical skills and sharpen your interviewing techniques.

Show your expertise

You have a degree in (Business) Law, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have already gained hands‑on experience in Compliance or Governance in an international setting.
You are experienced in working with MS Office programs and have an affinity for IT applications.
You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
You have a sense for detail and a structured, process‑oriented approach to work.
You are a natural communicator, fluent in German and English.
