Discover your exciting role

As Expert Facility Management in Dresden you are responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of our facilities and buildings, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulations.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Facility Systems Management : Oversee various facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building automation systems.
Operational Coordination : Manage and coordinate operational tasks related to internal work and external service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Collaboration : Work closely with external service providers and internal teams to ensure effective facility operations and maintenance. This includes also Contract Management, Project Management & partly Commercial Management.
Compliance and Audits : Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, participate in audits, and maintain necessary permits and licenses.
Supporting (consulting) in Fire Safety issues, Energy Management System & EHS
Asset Management

Show your expertise

State-certified technical engineer
Several years’ experience as EHS or fire safety engineer
Very good language skills in German and English
