Facilities Engineer - Data Center

Role OverviewThis is a critical facilities-focused role within a data centre environment, covering 24×7 operations for a major cloud customer supported by our client. The role requires strong understanding of data centre infrastructure - power, cooling, HVAC, electrical systems and fast response to incidents. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 7×24 onsite/on-call support for data centre facility operations per incident management guidelines.Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, verify alarm settings, and monitor system stability.Conduct routine facility checks: power, UPS, HVAC, low-voltage systems; review MOPs for maintenance/repairs.Respond to incidents promptly using EOP to locate faults and restore services quickly.Support monitoring, capacity management, security, and availability management.Prepare and execute change MOPs with zero operational errors.Perform all tasks required under the service contract and operational specifications.
