Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining UC and VoIP systems, including OpenScape Voice and SBC solutions.
• Supporting Microsoft Teams integration projects for enterprise clients.
• Providing exceptional customer support and troubleshooting network issues.
• Working on-site to ensure smooth installations and optimal system performance.
• Collaborating with the wider technical team to deliver outstanding service.

Skills/Must have:

• Language Skills: Fluency in German (essential).
• A solid understanding of basic networking principles and system installations.
• Knowledge of OpenScape Voice, SBC, or Microsoft Teams is highly desirable.
• Driver’s License: A valid driving license is essential.
• Customer Focus, Strong communication and problem-solving skills to support clients effectively.
