Responsibilities

Process individual, complex mobility business cases in a timely and final manner within the assignment area.
Coordinate service provider agreements with complex case matters in the assigned topic area, including schedule coordination and quality control, especially for guarantees and collateral.
Clarify specific inquiries in the assigned topic area and communicate with customers, authorities, and service providers.
Check complex invoices, release them, and monitor order completion and schedule compliance, including data verification.
Regulate process disturbances and customer, supplier, and topic‑specific escalation cases, and initiate measures, including follow‑up.
Manage mobility contracts, including contract and damage billing, and handle claims; work with the mobility portfolio creation and steering.
Prepare analyses, documentation, and reports, and collaborate in projects.

Qualifications

Completed professional apprenticeship; KFZ‑Meister, Kfz‑Technikermeister, or Kfz‑Sachverständiger, with several years of professional experience.
Excellent technical knowledge in vehicle repair and damage management.
Strong organizational ability and independent working style.
High communication skills and service orientation.
Service orientation and good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge desirable.
