Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all in-flight safety regulations, procedures, and protocols.
• Deliver professional, attentive service to passengers while anticipating and responding to their needs.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and assist passengers during boarding, in-flight service, and disembarkation.
• Handle in-flight challenges, including passenger concerns or medical situations, with calmness and professionalism.
• Maintain cabin standards, monitor equipment, and complete all required reports and documentation.
• Represent the airline’s values and brand with cultural awareness and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with the crew to provide a seamless travel experience for all guests.

Qualifications

Previous customer-facing or hospitality experience is required; aviation experience is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly valued.
Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and polished under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and international schedules.
Must meet global airline requirements for physical fitness, height, and safety compliance.
Valid passport with the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
