To reach that goal, we’re looking for a Founding Fullstack Engineer who will shape our product, technology, and culture from day one.
Your mission
As our Founding Fullstack Engineer, you’ll own both the backend and frontend of our product. You’ll design scalable systems, ship features at high speed, and set the engineering bar for quality, velocity, and pragmatism. Beyond code, you’ll work directly with founders and customers, help build the team, and play a key role in shaping our company’s DNA.
Your responsibilities
- Fullstack ownership: Build, maintain, and scale our backend APIs, infrastructure, and frontend interfaces.
- Technical decisions: Define engineering standards for code quality, architecture, and security.
- Customer-facing: Join calls, understand workflows, and translate needs into product features.
- Team-building: Recruit, mentor, and onboard future engineers.
- Fast shipping: Deliver features and improvements on aggressive timelines without compromising stability.
Your profile
Several years of experience in fullstack development (our stack: React/TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, AWS - but you’ll evolve it).
Strong product mindset: you care as much about user experience as about clean architecture.
Startup mentality: bias for action, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.
Ability to work end-to-end: from database schema to frontend UX.
Excellent communication in English (German a plus).
