About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician (Level 2) to provide onsite support in Lörrach. This is a part-time contract (2 days per week), ideal for a freelancer or contractor.

Your Tasks

• Break/Fix support for hardware & software
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
• Troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose)
• IT asset management and inventory accuracy
• Smart Hands service for onsite activities
• Support for meetings, live events, and walk-up tech bar requests
• Optional: on-call support

Your Profile

• Fluent in German (spoken & written) and good English (B2+)
• Background in IT support / system integration (training or experience)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Communicative, customer-focused, and service-oriented
• Experience in helpdesk / service desk environments is a plus

Ihr Profil

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+)
• Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im IT-Support / Systemintegration
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Troubleshooting-Fähigkeiten
• Kommunikationsstark, serviceorientiert und kundenfreundlich
• Erfahrung im Helpdesk-/Service-Desk-Umfeld von Vorteil
