Full Stack Developer AI/ML (f/m/div)

Infineon Technologies is looking for a Full Stack Developer AI/ML to join the Software & Data Science team.

Overview

As a Full Stack Developer AI/ML, you will program the intelligence behind Infineon chips, transform complex data into actionable insights, and create cutting‑edge solutions that redefine industries.

Your Role

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend for agentic use cases.
• Own orchestration patterns for tool use and workflows, building resilient workflows with queues, retries, rate limiting, caching and timeouts.
• Productionize solution‑lead prototypes with security reviews, tests, monitoring and release management.
• Implement retrieval/RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector/search stores and indexing jobs.
• Maintain auth/SSO, audit logs and environment separation.
• Set up CI/CD, infrastructure‑as‑code, feature flags and configuration management.
• Establish performance and cost budgets and alerts; handle incident response and post‑mortems.

Qualifications And Skills

• A degree in Physics, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a full stack developer with AI/ML experience.
• Strong technical skills across backend (API design, Python frameworks, async programming), frontend (React or similar), databases (PostgreSQL, Redis), search (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch or vector stores), applied AI (LLM endpoints, embeddings) and cloud/security (AWS/Azure/GCP, IAM, VPC, SSO, GDPR awareness).
• Good knowledge of modern DevOps practices and tools, including Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, Kubernetes, configuration management, observability, logging, cost tracking, and robust testing strategies.
• Ability to build internal user interfaces and bot/chat interfaces with real‑time updates while focusing on developer experience through reusable libraries, documentation and onboarding support.
• Value collaboration and platform‑centric solutions, consistently demonstrating ownership, clear communication and attention to overall system efficiency and reliability.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
