This is a hands-on leadership role with strong potential for growth into the CTO position as the company evolves. About the RoleAs a Lead Engineer, you’ll design and implement key components of our cloud-based SaaS platform and work across the full stack — from infrastructure to frontend.Your key responsibilities:Architect distributed systems and microservices optimized for performance and resilience.Manage cloud-agnostic infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes.Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Python.Lead the development of ReactJS frontend applications.Support and optimize data workflows related to Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Geospatial Processing.Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to a strong engineering culture. About You7+ years of professional software development experience.Proven record of building distributed applications with solid knowledge of system design and software architecture.Experience developing and running Machine Learning–centric software.Strong fundamentals combined with a mindset of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.High attention to detail — you care about product quality and user experience.Passion for solving complex problems and driving innovation.
