The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Senior Associate in Board Governance to join the German team. This role offers direct exposure to boards, Chief Executives and senior leaders, working on high-profile projects that shape the leadership and governance of major listed, family-owned and private equity-backed companies. It provides a clear career path towards Consultant and ultimately Partner level.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of board advisory and succession projects at the highest organizational level, including board reviews, succession planning, and governance evaluations.
• Conduct research, analysis and reporting for the annually published board studies in the DACH region.
• Lead the development and dissemination of market-leading research, editorial content and event materials to strengthen the practice’s industry profile.
• Prepare high-quality client proposals and continually update resources to facilitate effective business development across all service offerings.
• Manage performance tracking and reporting, enhancing transparency through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

A candidate with a background in e.g. management consulting, board office, Chief of Staff roles or legal and governance services.

• Strong attention to quality and detail, ensuring accuracy and precision at all times

• Strong interpersonal skills and adeptness at navigating complex social dynamics
