We are now expanding our AI innovation team to build the next generation of LLM-powered agentic systems, integrating reasoning, planning, and orchestration capabilities across our global infrastructure Job ResponsibilitiesWe’re seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer / AI Tech Lead to architect, build, and scale JiBe’s multi-agent AI infrastructure — combining cutting-edge LLM technology, AI orchestration frameworks, and real-world business intelligence.You will lead the design of agentic frameworks, LLM orchestration pipelines, and AI-driven automation modules, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to bring our intelligent assistant ecosystem to life.This is a hands-on technical leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives in solving complex AI challenges, building from first principles, and mentoring others while driving architectural excellence.Design and lead development of JiBe’s Gen-AI architecture — integrating multiple LLM-based agents for reasoning, planning, and business workflow automation.Develop and customize orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Swarm, or custom frameworks) to support multi-agent collaboration and tool usage.Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to enable intelligent access to structured and unstructured ERP data.Engineer autonomous AI “racks” or orchestration layers, integrating reasoning, retrieval, and action agents into robust end-to-end business processes.Prototype, evaluate, and deploy LLMs (both open-weight and API-based) for various JiBe use cases: reporting, task automation, insight generation, and customer interaction.Lead and mentor AI engineers, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and maintainability of AI systems.Collaborate with data, product, and infrastructure teams to translate user intent into functional agent workflows.Continuously evaluate emerging Gen-AI technologies and research, guiding JiBe’s AI strategy and roadmap. Qualifications7+ years in software or data engineering, with at least 3+ years focused on AI/LLM systems.Proven hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, or orchestrating LLM-based systems (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral, Llama).Strong experience with AI agent frameworks and multi-agent orchestration (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Swarm, Semantic Kernel, etc.).Expertise in Python, API integration, async programming, and cloud-native deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).Deep understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone), and knowledge retrieval systems.Experience building AI workflows and pipelines that connect multiple services and tools through reasoning and planning layers.Solid grasp of prompt design, tool-augmented reasoning, and model evaluation.Strong system design and leadership skills — capable of guiding architecture, reviewing code, and mentoring team members. Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or other interoperability standards.Experience with LLM training, fine-tuning, or distillation.Experience building AI orchestration “racks” or multi-agent ecosystems in production environments.Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or libraries.Experience integrating AI automation into ERP, CRM, or enterprise workflow systems
