German Language Customer Support Specialist

• Native or C1 German and at least B2 English proficiency
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with empathy, patience, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM tools and chat systems is a plus
• Previous customer service or contact center experience is a bonus but not mandatory
• Willingness to relocate and start a long-term career in Greece
