SITE: Mann+Hummel Distribution Center, Querétaro.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end distribution processes across the global distribution network. Key responsibilities include defining and deploying standardized processes, as well as continuously monitoring, reviewing, and optimizing operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
The role involves regular collaboration with 3PL and 4PL partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
Main TasksOwn and lead global distribution processes across the organization
Serve as the logistics lead for the e-commerce transition, ensuring smooth integration and scalability
Ensure operational excellence within distribution centers through effective KPI management and performance tracking
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of both in-house (M+H) and 3PL-managed warehouse operations
Champion end-to-end process excellence and standardization across the global distribution network
Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of best-in-class warehousing technologies, including business case development
Collaborate closely with the Transportation Process Manager to deliver seamless, high-performing end-to-end distribution processes
Provide expert leadership and project management for critical distribution initiatives
Act as a sub-project team leader, managing scope, timeline, and deliverables within broader programs
Foster strong, ongoing collaboration with regional distribution teams to align global and local operations
Lead the implementation of global distribution processes within regional networks to ensure consistency and scalability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Minimum C1
SAP Key User experience, including SAP S/4HANA and WM/EWM modules
Proficient SAP User with knowledge of logistics-related functions
Strong skills in data analysis and business reporting
Experience with eCommerce implementation; process leadership experience is a plus
Solid understanding of demand planning and inventory control systems
Expertise in material flow management and distribution processes
Hands-on experience in project management and process improvement
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in distribution logistics
Preferred background in automotive manufacturing and familiarity with M+H products and processes
Deep knowledge of end-to-end fulfillment in modern distribution networks, including warehouse equipment and software systems
Extensive experience in executing complex implementations and managing multiple logistics projects, such as 3PL transitions and 4PL partnerships
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
Demonstrated ability to stay current with market trends and innovations
Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, and multicultural environment
Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally
