The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Channel Activation Marketer for Safety & Industrial Business Group (SIBG), you will plan, activate and execute “To and Through” communications with Channel Partners according to the EMEA/local calendar.

Responsibilities

• Lead local activation of EMEA channel programs for Central Europe Region, focusing on German-speaking markets.
• Drive engagement and execution on Joint Marketing Plans with assigned channel partners.
• Deploy new digital platforms to increase engagement and drive growth.
• Develop and activate eCommerce capabilities of channel partners.
• Provide Promotion plan and support to channel partners and GIC sales organization.
• Manage dedicated local budget (Marketing & MDF) and track MROI.
• Provide insights and input to regional and global channel & division teams to continuously improve programs.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• First experience in a B2B marketing function, Channel/Trade Marketing.
• Ability to design communications tailored for the target group.
• Good analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
• Excellent German and English (spoken and written).

Nice-to-have

• Proficiency in Dutch, Italian or Polish.
• Project and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Business sense, customer and result oriented.

Job Specifics

• Job location: Neuss
• Travel: up to 30% (mainly within the country to visit customers)
• Working pattern: full time
