On behalf of a well-established software company with a global footprint, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Global Key Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic client relationships across the EMEA region. This is a full-time remote role, ideal for candidates with a proven track record in enterprise account management within the software industry.


About the Role

As a Global Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for business expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, maintain long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth across diverse markets. This role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship management expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic global accounts across the EMEA region.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business objectives, and industry challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software solutions to maximize account value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, technical, and customer success, to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular business reviews for stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or client relationship management in the software or SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multinational accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote, multicultural environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and account management tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional EMEA region languages are a strong advantage.
