Global Key Account Manager | Full-Time | Remote (EMEA Region)

On behalf of a well-established global software company, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Global Key Account Manager to build, nurture, and expand relationships with some of the company’s most strategic clients across the EMEA region. This is a full-time remote role designed for a professional with a proven track record in enterprise account management and a passion for driving growth.

About the Role

As the Global Key Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor and main point of contact for high-value clients. Your mission will be to understand their goals, anticipate their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that create measurable impact. You will partner closely with internal teams — from product and technical experts to customer success — ensuring a seamless experience and uncovering opportunities to grow the partnership.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, loves solving client challenges, and is motivated by seeing their work translate into growth for both the client and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships with strategic global accounts across the EMEA region.
  • Deeply understand each client’s business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities that deliver real value.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
  • Negotiate agreements that create win-win outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular business reviews.
  • Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships in the software or SaaS industry.
Proven success managing complex, multinational accounts with measurable results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively across diverse regions and time zones.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and account management tools.
Fluency in English required; additional EMEA languages are a strong plus.
