About us

We are meteocontrol energy GmbH – a newly established company within the meteocontrol Group and part of a successful medium-sized player in the renewable energy sector. Our focus lies on the development, control and operation of intelligent energy systems, particularly battery storage and hybrid solutions for the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment.
As a new member of the meteocontrol Group, we are driving the expansion of our Virtual Power Plant (VPP) and the integration of battery storage systems into energy trading and ancillary service markets. In doing so, we create the foundation for sustainable, scalable and economically attractive energy solutions.
Since meteocontrol energy GmbH is still in an active build-up phase, we value flexibility, a strong hands-on mentality, flat hierarchies and a continuous drive for learning and development. What matters most is the willingness to grow together and proactively shape new topics.
Our mission is to provide companies with a future-proof, flexible and economically sound energy infrastructure – and thereby actively and measurably contribute to the energy transition.
